My Natural Hair Regimen for 2016

Hey Queens! I’m back without another post – my natural hair regimen. So I finally came up with my personal natural hair regimen after 5 years of being natural.

This works perfectly for me and it’s not time consuming. It’s quite simple. Without further a due let’s get into it.

Daily:

  • Moisturize my hair every other day.
  • I do scalp messages when I do remember to, therefore that’s maybe twice or once for the week.

Every two weeks:

  • Cleanse with my DIY Shampoo when there is a lot of product build up or V05 Clarifying conditioner when there’s not a lot of build up followed by V05 Conditioner or Tresemme conditioner.
  • I deep condition with a store bought deep conditioner or one of my DIY deep conditioners.

Every six months:

  • Clip my ends.
  • Do a protein treatment.

This is my personal regimen. You can take a little from here but be mindful that this is what works for my hair so it might not work for you. Getting to know your mane, as well as, what you would want to achieve helps to form your own personal natural hair regimen.
