DIY Aloe Vera & Molasses Deep Conditioner

Hey Queens! Back with another DIY. My unorganized lil sister forgot that she needed to wash her hair, therefore she didn’t purchase a deep conditioner. Which led to this DIY. We had to make use of things in and around the house.

Things you’ll need:

  • 1/2 cup Molasses
  • 2 Aloe Vera
  • 4 tablespoons Olive Oil

How to:

Step 1: Cut the juice/latex (outer skin) off the Aloe Vera then scrape the gel out. You might not be able to get all the latex off but try to.

Step 2: Put that into your blender.

Step 3: Add 1/2 cup of molasses to this aloe vera.

Step 4: Blend this all together.

It should look something like. More so green than yellow – my camera felt as though it should be yellow.

Step 5: After blending pour this into a container then add you 4 tablespoons of olive oil and mix.

My sisters hair was in great need of moisture. I can attest that this DIY deep conditioner here will provide you with soft moisturized hair.

This deep conditioner is in liquid form, therefore I would suggest adding your favorite conditioner and some honey to thicken the mixture.

Until next time,

Peace & Love.
